Claude in your company, from trial to operation.

We start with the operation, not the tool. During the assessment we talk to the people who run the processes, find the tasks where Claude saves time or improves decisions —drafting and reviewing documents, answering questions, analysing information, writing code— and rank them by impact and risk. Before building anything we agree how success will be measured and which data the model may and may not see. Then we take one use case to a pilot with real users in short cycles, tuning instructions, connectors and permissions with what daily use teaches us. Only when the pilot meets what we agreed do we extend it to more teams.

You get the architecture and a staged plan; assistants and agents configured and connected to your systems through the Claude API and MCP connectors, with clear limits on what they do alone, what needs approval and what gets logged; training so your team can use and maintain them; and usage and cost tracking so the bill grows with value, not with improvisation. Security is part of the job: least privilege, sensitive data out of reach of whoever should not see it, and defences against malicious instructions hidden in emails, documents or web pages. It is what we apply to our own agents, which run in production every day.

This service is for companies that have already decided to adopt AI and want to do it properly: leadership that needs sound judgement before committing budget, knowledge-heavy departments and engineering teams that want to code with Claude without losing control. Claude itself is contracted with Anthropic or through your cloud provider; we help you pick the plan that fits your case and get real value from it. And because we work every day with models from several labs, if Claude is not the best option for a given case, we will tell you before building anything.
