The company behind Theus
We build AI from Peru. We don't rent it.
The Peruvian founding team behind Theus.
Who we are
We are a small, direct founding team working from Peru. Theus was founded and built by Mariano Suquilanda Gallo, who created the whole product: the coding agent and its CLI, TITAN —the router that orchestrates the multi-model catalogue— and Ñaupa, the code-intelligence engine. He is joined by a co-founding CEO, Luis Carranza, leading Research and Development, alongside executive and creative direction, investing partners and sales. Theus is designed, operated and maintained from Lima. The legal entity behind it is Marketrix S.A.C. (RUC 20612892378), and the company is part of Ad Astra Technology (astratech.pe), the parent the site's own navigation labels as «by Astratech».
What we do
Theus brings together, under one account, several ways to work with AI on your code: Theus Desktop for Mac, the CLI for your terminal, browser chat, Ñaupa —the free code-intelligence engine—, Kuti for replaying browser tasks, and Atlas, the enterprise agent console. A single subscription unlocks up to 190 models depending on your plan, and TITAN weighs every task to pick the best route, with no provider keys to configure. In Peru, billing is in soles with VAT included. Ñaupa, separately, parses the AST of 158 languages, builds a persistent graph of your repository and exposes 19 MCP tools from a single static binary —free, MIT-licensed and account-free.
Our story
Theus comes out of a conviction: Latin America should not rent its artificial intelligence —it should build it. That is why the index lives on your disk, the price is in soles and the decisions are made in Lima. Its founder has been programming since 2016 and building companies since he was 18; he leads a team of eight that builds software for verticals where a demo is not enough —banking, pharmaceuticals, mining— where the system has to survive an audit, not just a demonstration. Theus grows out of that school: a coding agent made in Peru, in your language, with the best models under a single subscription. The same team has systems in production —METATRON, PROTEGIDO.AI, AICOM, DescubreGO and Vuelta— and has built more than 130 projects.
Why you can trust us
We don't ask for your faith. Ñaupa is open source, MIT-licensed, and runs entirely on your machine: your project's index, graph and memory live on your disk. The macOS binaries are signed and notarised, and every download publishes its SHA-256 checksum so you can verify it yourself. In soles, the number you see published is the one you are charged: VAT included and with no currency-conversion fee. And every claim on our pages comes with the command that proves it, right beside it.
